- Legal due diligence of the asset: urban planning, registry, tax, labour, critical contracts.
- Negotiation and drafting of the SPA or transfer agreement.
- Hotel Management Agreement, Franchise Agreement, lease, ground lease.
- Joint venture between owner and operator.
- Orderly divestment: sale to fund, refinancing, repositioning.
