International financing covers operations through which a Spanish company raises capital in foreign markets, or through which a foreign investor channels capital or debt into a Spanish-domiciled company. Success depends less on amount size and more on the quality of corporate, tax and contractual structuring.
What we do

- Compliance with foreign investment regulations.
- Tax structuring of the operation, coordinated with qualified tax counsel.
